2018 KC & TPM 國際講師內訓－湯士萱物理治療師 Suzanne Tang Physiotherapist

來自全世界二十多位 Kinetic Control 與 The Performance Matrix 的講師齊聚一堂於 Southampton St. Mary stadium 進行一年一度為期兩天的講師內訓。

來自世界各地的講師們各個都是 muti-task 強人，同時扮演治療所負責人、臨床治療師、教學、父母親、研究員……，每個都是男強人與女強人！

兩天的講師內訓，更新教學內容、互相激盪討論、互相學習彼此的優點、互相協助解決彼此的瓶頸。

晚上大家一起出去吃晚餐，把工作丟一邊，盡情地聊天說笑！

這次我也完成 Kinetic Control 講師認證的最後一個步驟 ---- 完成 Literature Review 並於年度講師內訓時報告

真的很榮幸能夠在全世界所有頂尖的講師群面前報告
也很榮幸能受到前輩們的肯定與欣賞！

能夠加入這麼棒的國際團隊真的讓我大開眼界！
下次要來安排一趟「環遊世界治療所之旅」

p.s.內訓在球場的包廂內舉行，平常要進包廂應該也要價不斐呢！

More than 20 Kinetic Control tutors and The Performance Matrix Consultants from all over the world met together at Southampton St. Mary Stadium for the annual internal training.

Every one of them is not only a tutor, but a clinic principal, a clinical therapist, a parent, or a researcher as well, playing "multi-task" roles in their lives.

In the two-day internal training, we renewed teaching materials, discussed and learned from each other, and help breaching the barrier.

After working, we enjoyed dinner and had fun together.

And~

Finally, I finish my last training part of the Kinetic Control Accredited Tutor.

It's an honour to present my literature review in front of all the top outstanding tutors from all over the world and being recognised and appreciated by them!

Next step: Get the paper published!

It's a great honour to work with such a fabulous team!
I should arrange a trip travelling to the physio clinics all around the world!
